Hey everyone, I hope you are all doing well. In the last since months since I last logged onto DeviantArt, I had lost two dear friends to heroin overdoses.
It hit me very hard, losing two people in my life that I had cherished, and I am slowly but surely pulling myself out of a bout of depression.
I myself don't use drugs--I'm actually a Pharmacy Technician.
If you have problems with drug addiction and abuse, I'll say this: "It takes the courage and strength of a warrior to ask for help."
I went back to work in late April for the State of New York, and it's been nice. I was on a leave of absence for 4 months and I was missed by virtually everyone.
I have missed you all, especially Alper, Heidi, Amal, Redsquealed, Valerie, etc. etc. , and I will periodically take a look at your Deviations when possible.

Those who dare to claim this world has some sense of righteousness can go to Hell, I say. Missed you too, dear. You don't need to worry of missing my deviations- they are nothin' but drafts at this point in time... Burnouts are draining AF, so I try not to push myself to anything. Neither should you. And what you say about the drug addiction entirely true: "It takes the courage and strength of a warrior to ask for help." I agreed. So, everyone knows that drugs are bad habits and they require serious treatment. But everyone knows that too, this is not enough. The belief and will of the people is also important.
By the way, I'm glad to went back to your work and especially to see you here again.
