part of a series of paintings created in 2001. Rust decay and solitude. Made on one of those happy days...

Absolutely beautiful. And a nice effect. The angle from above makes it look like an abstract expressionist painting in the vein of Kandinsky, but when you look close you realize it's actually figurative. Or mostly figurative.

I love the figure, how his skin looks chapped and cold. I like the strange environment he is in. I like how you showed the dents in.
