Far as I know, all Yoshis are Yoshi. It's the name of their species and also the name by which they call one another within the species... with the exception of Boshi from Super Mario RPG (there might be other exceptions, but that's the only one I know of).
Also... those are female names, aren't they? I don't know that Yoshis have gender... they're always been referred to by the pronoun "he" even though they all lay eggs. "Yoshi" itself is a male name.
I'm no Yoshi expert though. Ask Miyamoto.

Yon-ya and Mizuki are male names. I used to know a Mizuki: ็ไปฒใๆฐดๆจ (Hatanaka Mizuki).
If Yoshi lays eggs, then the character should be referred to as "she"...but then again, they never mate, so, self-impregnation and thus hermaphroditism is implied, giving them the right to the pronoun "shi".
