Description
So in my story of Mheetu he was born after Mufasa's deathSee that here: fav.me/dcclbnh
Then as he grew he was often spending time with the other cubs and his sister Nala, this drawing takes place a while after this last one: fav.me/dcdnycj
So one day Mheetu was bored and wandered away from his napping mother and sister to go play, he was always kept well away from Priderock as Sarafina was scared of him being seen by Scar. Scar was aware of the cub but did not act on it, not yet seeing Mheetu as a threat. This fateful day Mheetu wandered into Scar's den and was caught.

If Scar see's him as a threat, he will most likely elimate that threat. Which in this case, kill him.
