I'm so glad you liked him (i spent like 1 hour or so into making that cloth ;-; my computer is so slow, lol)
and yea, i think if he had his own theme it would be pretty similar to caffeine XD

Well, he does uses it with his semblance, though sometimes he doesn't, he oftenly moves it through his memories and he makes it to follow certain patterns that he remembers. Sometimes though, he will use it with his own movement (either to look fancy or really because sometimes, moving it though his semblance fatigues him more than moving with it, he moves his weapon like penny moves her swords, it's that kind of weapon) Now, to the point XD it is gold so it's not that sturdy, yet it can be perfect to use it to block some attacks, to hide someone (though his semblance he can make golden things to be remembered as transparent) and at the edges of it are pretty sharp, so it's best not to touch them. Also, that sheet he's using in the pic is just a really small portion of what he can use, just see how many clothing he lost, lol (I mean, gold leaf sheets are reaaaaaaally thin, so basically what he does is to fold it over itself over and over, something like doing origami)

Now about the semblance, the most typical thing he does is something like: youtu.be/s7U428TXkEA?t=3 this a lot (i mean about the change of clothes, or appearance, so yup, his other look may be canon as well) and the other thing he does a lot too is using his semblance to make people forget who he was, or why they were fighting in first place (he just needs to cover his face for a little, though i guess that if Chiyako fighted against him, maybe he used that but since she's a faununs maybe her instincts were crucial to defeat him(? idk) but yeah, that's why i put hypocritical in there, because once someone forgets him he needs to convince them with sweet talk to lower their weapon and then give the desicive strike

ohh, it makes a lot of sense now,, that video was very helpful! I bet he goes through a ton of clothes xD
Since Chi is primarily a sniper she isn't as good at close range fighting with her sword even though her reflexes are cat-like,, it seems like Lio could kick her butt if he got too close ;O;

Well, he sometimes does get close, but he's more like middle range (tho he doesn't needs to be close to have his gold leaf [i must give it a name btw since most weapons in rwby have names] near someone's throat, he could be easily shielding with a piece of it, while the other one just harasses the opponent) and his fighting style is something between Penny and Kairi: youtu.be/-uaIIs8iD10?t=133 (except the beams and the extra swords, lol) or like this too: youtu.be/p-nmfwQdkeM?t=229

Still i think Chi could beat him, since he's slightly more on the support/assassin side, but if still not i think she would put a really good fight >w<

well you created her recently so its fine XD
also, look at my demons, they are pretty forgotten too, they were going to be four and i only made 2 thus far XD
and well, i still need to get inside his personality a lot more and make for him a backstory (though no one would remember because he would simply erase it from everyone's memories, lol)
