I was at Anime Midwest, sitting next to my friend, Steve Horton. Steve looked over and saw the pic.
Steve: "Hey, that's great!"

I do have a question about Brooke's character and her position on the face-heel scale. While she may have made up with Sabrina and seems to be coming back towards the light, I was wondering just how many heel tendencies she's picked up during her time and whether she can really be called a face again?

I would hesitate to call her a 'face,' that's just not her personality, though the fans are usually the final say on something like that. Brooke has rematches in the works with Danielle and Jennifer (redheads go figure) so you'll be able to judge for yourself which way she's leaning. Maybe tweener?

Kind of along that same route, have you ever thought of making a list of the matches in Ring Angels, something with links? I ask this because I was looking for a particular scene in a match a few weeks back and for the life of me I could not find it again without going through the entire thing once again.

I'll be sure to keep up with your series a bit more closely now if Brooke is going to have a few matches coming up, I definitely want to make sure I stay abreast of every little detail in the storyline. I know I would feel like a huge boob if I missed one of Brooke's matches. Personally I'm hoping she racks up some wins, but somehow I don't think she could pull that off without her bosom buddy Amanda. I think it is not so a embarrassing pin as terrible suffocating smother hold. The woman can not tap, because her arms are pinned and she can not speak "I Give" or "I submit", you will only understand "Mpffff". So the winner enjoys to suffocate her to a knockout (pass out). In the long time, when the consciousness leaves slowly the brain, she can tease the loser: "What's the matter? Do you have difficulties to breathe? I am so sorry, my boobs are so big, so go to sleep and dream from my boobs..."

This hold is very difficult, because simply to defend. The smothered woman only must turn her head to the side and so her ear is smothered, not her mouth and nostrils. And the woman on top can not see the face of the smothered women, her own boobs hide the head.
But when this hold is used expertly, you can make your opponent tapp out or pass out in a real match. You must fix the head in the position with the face in your boobs. The best method is to "hug" the head of your opponent with your arms and press it in your boobs.
It is difficult, but it is possible, when used expertly.

I did see it in competitive matches. Mostly the attempts fail. When it not fails, it is a torture for the loser.
Because it is so difficult, the still fighting loser can often win a little air for a short time so the fight between the winner and the suffocating woman takes some time. Sometime it reaches the limit, the loser gets panic and suddenly taps frantic. I think it is a nasty way to force a submission because of the long time the loser is feeling suffocated. I think in a fight with two evenly matched women we will never see it, because it is so difficult and the time factor. The probability is that this smother fight is interupted. Potentially loser "saved by the clock".
So none of the competitors will risk it and they go for more easy and fast submissions (think about the armbar).
When we have a competitive match with two unevenly matched fighters the winner could do it, when she notices her superiority and plays with her opponent like a cat with a mouse.

When you are a judo instructor make the follow: Ask one of your students for an experiment.
He/she should lay in the position of this pic. Embrace the head and press the boobs in her/his face, try him/her to suffocate. From the moment you have the position your opponent is allowed to fight the hold. Very important for you: You must necessarily prevent that your opponent turns the head to the side, then this hold is useless. You will hear the heavy, disabled sounding breathing and you will feel the hot breathe on your skin. So you must adjust the hold till you do no more hear the breathing noises and do no more feel the hot airflow. Now hold it. After a short time your opponent gets panic and taps furiosely. You will be astonished.
