Yeah, he has a serious social anxiety disorder so it's hard for him to talk to others. Frisk's gentle nature makes him able to socialize.
Yeah he has a lot of detail in him. Like the hat has two feathers, brown and red. The first feather is always parted. His character calls for attention to detail, being a 'right' minded person. Thank you for the compliment. :3
