A very sensual image with one strap sliding down her shoulder, her arms crossing above her waist, a noticeable zipper I think on the front of her dress like attire, and the barest hints of make-up as well as something that might be lipstick or lip gloss visible on her lower lip.  Part of what might be an earring can also be seen and well the fact that she has her head positioning above the same arm that has the sliding down strap does seem suggestive as to what the need might be in this portrait.
