Just looked back and that was 2006 with Joceline? Know I went by that way on another trip too and drove to the end of the road, think it was just landscapes that time.

Well, took me a while to find my images of Joceline, and they were indeed from 2006. Good memory!

The end of that road is a bit different now also. They opened up the area all the way down to the lake, but it's still blocked off to vehicles, you have to walk down to the muddy water... For pictures I'm not sure that watery spot is worth the effort, but I intend to do some exploring down there when it cools off a bit!
