Description
This is the villainous comic-relief of Power Rangers Pokémon Guardians: the Neo Team Rocket.

These are the daughters of Jessie and James: Jeri and Jane. They both grew up looking up to their parents as these 'amazing crimelords' despite their parents wanted to have a normal life. However, being a troublemaking duo, they ran away from home in order to resurrect Team Rocket.

Jeri is a tough-as-balls tomboy who loves fighting and gets easily annoyed by her sister's girlish attitude. Her Pokémon partner is a Zangoose.

Jane, at contrary of her older sister, she's more feminine and giddy. She looks deep into others beauty, regardless how theh look. Her Pokémon partner is a Seviper.

And there's Skitty, Meowth's adopted daughter who taught her how to speak since he became a Pokémon talking teacher. However, Skitty's vocabulary is limited to 'I am Skitty' (just like 'I am Groot' from Guardians of the Galaxy).

BTW, yes, Zangoose and Seviper can't stand to each other just like in the Anime.

Jessie and James are now happily married. Jessie became a Pokémon psychologist while James became a construction worker. And Meowth, like I said before, he became a Pokémon talking teacher in order to pass the torch to other Pokémon who can talk. And Wobbuffet is just there being clueless as ever.
