As the pic shows, Sonic and his friends are reacting to the announcement of Sonic Origins Plus, an update of Sonic Origins.

Amy is happy that she's finally a playable character while Sonic congratulates her. Tails is happy to see that this update will include the Game Gear Sonic games, including the ones where he is the protagonist like Tails' Skypatrol and Tails Adventure.

Rouge, however, she’s upset that she's not playable while Knuckles pointed her up that she's technically NOT a classic character (since Rouge's first appearance was in Sonic Adventure 2)
