I was recently inspired to draw something for myself after I watched Blue Submarine No. 6

This creature design had originally spurred off of Mutio. Mutio is so freaking adorable and so unique, I just couldn't help myself.

The coloring on this took me a VERY long time since I didn't know what I wanted the color scheme to be. I wanted colors that would work and then one color to kind of contrast. You'll probably find that more in the green than the purple.

I am really pleased with how this turned out. If by chance you would like to color the lineart, just PM me here on DA. I'll ask that if you do post the final anywhere online, please be sure to credit me for the lineart and to link back to me here on DA.
