Critiques desperately needed...

In due time, I will either delete this or put it in scraps...

I started up on a project. This project involves taking one of my sketched images, putting it to line art, coloring it, and so forth. Granted, this will take me quite some time to complete. So far, of what is seen, this has taken three hours. This is also the first time I've attempted something like this. To me, things are off and I want a little bit of feed back.

The wings. I've come to the conclusion that the wings will be straightened out (not all bumpy looking as it is now). As well, the folds are going to be straightened as well and there won't be as many. Now, for feed back. The angle of the wings is off. How can I fix this? As well, I'm going to change things a little some the leathery part of the wing is attached to his back. So, smaller folds behind the arm and hair that would be coming from his back, how exactly can I fix this?

This hair is obviously going to be a pain. Should I have more pieces coming forward or keep it flat looking like how it is now?

As for the hands, the fingers are supposed to be long and I'm actually pleased with how they came out. Same goes for the eyes.

Any other bits for feed back is welcomed.
