I think that the lines where kitty's legs join the abdomen curving down like that make her look rounder in the belly, curving them upwards like on cyclops pants would perhaps reduce the "pregnant" look. My concern is where is wolvie gonna retract that claw to - it's longer than his forearm 
Other than that excellent sketch - nice realistic take on the classic costume.

It's kitty Pride. she can move through walls. As for the pregnancy, well, if she does, it's certainly not on purpose.
