Thank you so much! Well, believe it or not, but the water was flowing. The Danube is one of the largest rivers in Europe and here is one of its widest points.

Well, as the rest of the shots in my gallery, I am the author of this shot as well.
I think it was because of the shutter speed. With a fast shutter speed, you kinda froze things up.

yah - i'd imagine slow shutter speed for stillness
