I'm still trying to figure out what her "That's not you" line meant in the actual show. Was it actually a different Direwolf, and not Nymeria? Has Nymeria just changed so much that she doesn't seem like Nymeria to Arya anymore? Or is she in denial that Nymeria would see her and abandon her? Or was she actually referring to herself, coming to the realization that Arya is no longer a "wolf," and that that was why Nymeria left? Waiting and hoping for clarification tomorrow night is killing me and I'm going to flip my desk if it ends the reunion between Arya and Sansa/Jon.

In my head, her "that's not you" is aimed towards her request for Nymeria to come home with her. To become a pet direwolf is what that means, basically. Nymeria is now (most likely) the alpha of her pack of regular wolves. Lived most of her life now in the wild, hunting, leading, fighting and being a boss like a boss. To return to the comforts of a castle and give up such a way of life after so long would be difficult if not impossible. So the wolf we see is without doubt her old direwolf, she just has to remain in the wild and perhaps bring the direwolf breed back to life. THAT is her now. The ultimate predator of the north.
