guess if you are an evil computer/machine/whatever thingy like that pixel guy is and dominating the world in the future, money is not that much of an issue anymore

neither is finding metal, or building the factories and equipment to manufacture them. Those evil geniuses seem to just click their fingers and spring up dastardly devices. With that much organization and hidden schemes, they may as well just enter politics.
