so i actually made a tutorial! -le gasp-this is my way of rendering rain, no clue if this is the best way to do it, but it gets the job done XD
i might do a follow up tutorial that shows how to render rain on things or people, except you think this tutorial sucks and i shouldn't do another one

It always bugged me of how the other artist did it, either by brush type or painstaking brush detailed strokes.
