I think the small white hairs on the bridge of the nose look very natural, not at all disturbing.

Gorgeous profile shot, Beautiful model Beautiful picture.
Only thing i'd alter is the small white hairs on the bridge of the nose and the two crossing into the eye lashes.
Not sure what they are really? They look like hairs I think?
Whatever they are I'd have them shopped out, Very nice shot though.
