Hey there guys and gals. After a long time I am closing the contest and even though I kind of expected that not many people would participate, when it was obvious that no one will send me any submissions I took some time to design the planet on my own. This will be the planet where the mayority of its surface is the Nature Preserve, being tended by the forest Mute Rangers and the local Imperial garrison. Although since the planet is in the Imperial space, there are few cities and smaller settlements, which are housing mostly workers and settlers who work in mines, mining precious rare minerals and other than that there is occasional fishing, wood mills and farms, but as a whole the planet's environment is protected by law and there are many restrictions to hunting, gathering and Industrial mining or harvesting. Even if it was not, the native flora and fauna has extreme size dimorphism, many of the species being dangerous or outright deadly. Ranging from flesh eating bacteria to the collosal lizards, swarming insects, carnivorous predators and marine leviathans. The populated areas are protected by perimeter walls and detterent field emittors, but the best way to protect one self is to leave the local life alone. There are no native sentient species, but the ancient ruins, rich grounds for archeologists from all over the galaxy, suggest that millenia ago there was an attempt to colonize this planet by a long gone civilization. There are many mysteries hiding deep in the coniferous forests of this protected world, hidden from the affairs of the rest of the galaxy.
