Chara posses Aliza´s body and kill every monster in the Underground, they gain the capacity to RESET.

Chara reset and use Aliza as his new vessel.
When Chara reset, she reset to the moment she posses Aliza´s body.

every time Chara reset, Sans keep a little of his memory

When Chara resets 120 times, Sans start to remember things for the past timelines and start to forget his past (Undertale past life).

at 168 reset, Sans went away from Papyrus, in that way he could not hurt him

with every reset, Sans went more and more panaroic and start to try new things, like put some traps in some places, etc.

at the 399 reset, Sans had an idea, (he was very demented, panaroic).
In the next reset he will kill every monster (including his own brother) to make that demon change, even if he need to tear appart his own daughter.
