I would say Santos aka Rockslide. The infamous X-Dudes are a great team, also they can use him as shield and throw him right into the battle without worrying about his health

You are missing a Latino Character.
Your designs are refreshing! I wish Marvel would embrace a more pop culture mind set when it comes to minority characters. But they all seem to be stereotypes of the age in which they where created.

I agree with you.
Unfortunately, in my opinion, Marvel should create situations required by the market, but luckily we satisfies the imagination!
I did not put Latin characters because I set my subject in London. Then of course, if there is a British colony in south america I'd be more willing to include any character in the area!

I'd also put the Cuckoos in a supportive role to alter memories and help with cove ups like they did before. Also I'd pick Banshee as the team leader.

I also think that Banshee could be the right person to lead the team, as mentioned a few comments ago, on the stories of Loeb, he had the makings of a real asshole!
