* UPDATE (2015): I've been mulling over some ideas in my head, and I'm going to rewrite her bio and hopefully make it simpler (for all of us, me included). It will be based on what I have already written, but with some details I have now deemed unnecessary taken out. I realized that as an OC, Alex Ghost was too complicated/complex to write stories/make comics about and have her actually fit into the world of Danny Phantom. So I have finally after NINE years I have found a model for her backstory that works. I will upload it later when I have time.

*Parents: Zoe, and Michael Johnson (real names Zoya, and Mykhaila Jarko) They were Ukrainian scientists working in America during and before the cold war. They had been living there since the war. Their names were changed for their own protection. Hannah was adopted.

*Siblings: She currently has too many "siblings" to count, but her (currently) only biological sibling (that was not destroyed) is Caleb Elex "Elec" Wilson fav.me/d57tico

*Current home: Was Toronto, Ontario, now she lives with her brother "Elec" in Maine. (Where she was born.)

*Hair colour: Snowy White. Her hair only has blue tips, because her brother/partner thought it would be interesting.

*Eye colour: light azure (her pupils have cataracts, and she is completely blind)

*Skin colour: white/grey/blue

*Species: Human/ectoplasmic hybrid

*Race/ethnicity: none (she is a biogenetically engineered albino, she was not created to be of any specific race)

*Language: English/ Ukrainian(basic) (she has a slight Ukrainian accent because of her adopted parents and because she speaks the language)

*Special traits/features: Pointed ears (she will often hide these with her hair using clips), albinism, blue blood (it's a mixture of human blood and ectoplasm, leaning slightly more towards the human side, her blood simply remains blue because the ectoplasm part makes the red pigment, gained from oxygen, invisible). Unlike most Halfas, Alex Ghost does not have an alternate side. Highly sensitive hearing. She ages in slower than the average human. (Roughly 1 year per every 3).
She is also left handed. (I almost forgot to add this in XD)

*Likes: Turkish Delight, song birds, classical music, hot dogs, small dark confined spaces, braille comics/novels, audio books (ecspecially the old classics and ghost stories), and floating. (She has a firm belief that if she could see blue that she would like it... but has no evidence as to why to back the fact up XD) she also enjoys a good cup of earl grey tea. Sewing. (she makes her own costumes)

*Dislikes: Rude/cranky people(duh), being pitied, screamo music, ravens and crows (they scare her 'cause of their loud cawing noises), sunlight or just really bright lights, the GIW, and black licorice. Her greatest fear is snakes (and I mean she becomes basically petrified when she hears them or senses them).

*Personality: She tends to act passive-aggressive, biding her time to react or jump into a situation, rather than let her anger and emotions get the best of her. She perfers to avoid people and keep to herself, but will happily hold a conversation if you can rope her into one. She is very open minded, and prefers not to judge or be judged. She is some what wise, having learned a lot over the past sixty years, but even she knows that she still has a lot left to learn. She's only slightly old fashioned, and hates to think of herself as being over the age of 17, let alone 60. She will call people "kid, "child, "sonny", etc... if she knows they are younger than her.(It's a habit she can't seem to break) She plays the part of a "superhero" to hide who she really is from the GIW. She secretly admires comic book heroes, and honestly enjoys playing the part. She likes people, she just doesn't like to show it. She is level headed, but stubborn. She's really awkward at first around other people (especially other halfas), to the point that it might get her in trouble if she doesn't watch what she says. She also enjoys annoying "Elec".

Good traits: Loyal, smart, level-headed, polite, open minded and easily happy.
Bad traits: Can be annoying, standoffish, too literal, can be too old fashioned/strict, and awkward.

Bio (synopsis): Hannah Alexis Johnson was created in a lab to be a bio-genetically engineered soldier (which miserably failed), and is only one, of hundreds of experiments done during the cold war era, like her. She was born in the early sixties (in Maine, US), but in present day, appears to be in her mid teens. The scientists were trying to see if they could recreate mythical creatures as weapons for the government should the cold war have resulted in a nuclear war. Unfortunately the DNA structure they created was not completly stable and Hannah Alexis was born blind. She was also born with severe albinism. As for her pointy ears the scientists were not sure. In the late seventies the project was shut down due to money and time contraints. A Ukrainian born couple who were unable to have children of their own, and were major key player in the experiments, dubbed "Operation Alexandria" (Alexandria means protector of human kind, so the specialists thought it appropriate to name their genetic weapons after it. The operation was also named for Alexander the great), took "137", or "Hannah" with them. In order to hide themselves from government officials who might want to interrogate them about the secret operation, they moved to Canada and were given the last name Johnson by the agency they worked for.
After the project was shut down, another sector in the agency sent out other scientists to destroy the remaining experiments. Only a handful of Hannah's "siblings" were taken away to safety like she was. The rest were terminated. Several of the experiments were created using human DNA and ectoplasm, giving them similar powers to ghosts.
(Hannah had a very happy childhood and was home-schooled as well as taught how to use her abilities and defend herself without sight, by her parents. She also learned how to read braille thanks to a neighbor, who's son was also blind.)
Decades later new scientists (the GIW) tried to take over the project, rounding up the surviving experiments, to try to use them as weapons against a new threat: Ghosts.
Hannah's parents warn her of this, and she escapes back to America with the help of an old friend of her parents (whom her parents sent with her to be her guide and protector), where she has heard tales of others like her who hunt ghosts.
She ends up being spotted by the GIW (she is a bit obvious looking in her true form), and utterly terrified, accidently ends up running into a comic convention temporarily losing them. A little girl begins calling her a ghost, due to her pale and odd features. Alex decides it was best to blend in and ends up chatting with the little girl. (Not knowing where the friend of the family went). When asked by the little girl what superhero she's supposed to be, she nervously claims that she is "Alex Ghost" someone she made up.(The little girls accusation gave her the idea, which is where the "ghost" bit came from). The little girl "buys" it and happily walks away. It takes about a minute to realize that she is alone again, which causes her to panic inwardly. To her relief, the friend finally finds her and disguises both of them in costumes he picked up. Unrecognisable to the GIW she waits with him until it is dark enough for her to leave, and slips by them unnoticed.
The friend rents them a motel, but is unaware that the GIW had placed a tracking chip on him during an earlier confrontation when Hannah ran off to the convention. The GIW quickly tracks them both down in the middle of the night, catching them off guard. Hannah struggles and attempts to go intangible, only to be shocked by one of their gadgets. It leaves her unable to use any of her powers, and unable to sense anything. Hannah is taken away to one of their facilities, while the friend has his memory erased. No longer having any way to sense where she's at, Hannah sits alone in complete and utter darkness for what seems like decades (but in reality it's only a few hours), terrified of the unknown that she can no longer sense or defend herself against. She is handed food and water, but only manages to spill the water all over her food.
Finally, she hears a door open and is lead away from her cell to a place with machinery. She hears strange beeping noises and begins thrashing out, her powers still very much untouchable. She is knocked out, but awakes to someone pushing her down a hallway on what she believes is a stretcher. She hears shouting and calamity, as she zooms down the halls, pushed by an unknown source. They come to a stop and Hannah hears a door open only to feel fresh air on her face. Before she can say anything a voice from behind her starts to explain that his name is Caleb Wilson, and he is her biological sibling, and to his knowledge, the only one. He also tells her not to call him Caleb, but to refer to him as "Elec".
After the two of them finally escape, Caleb explains how he had been working for the GIW since the 70's, and when they decided they wanted to experiment on him, he decided it was in his best interest to leave and warn others like him.
The two decide to work together on finding fellow "siblings" and save them from the GIW. Hannah, now dubbed "Alex Ghost" returns to Canada with Caleb "Elec", where she receives a voice activated pendant with a holographic screen, that via bluetooth could read to Alex what was being shown, from her mother. She also regains her abilities. While in Canada she carefully hand stitches a dress (having spent most of her childhood and earlier adolescence learning how to do so without sight), and with the help of her mother turns it into a costume for her self. To her grief she learns that her father had died of a heart attack only weeks before, and with her knew found brother, visits his grave, before biding her mother farewell.
Caleb and Alex find the old lab in Maine where they were both "born", and set up base there. The two decide that Caleb will be the eyes and "remote controller" of their operation since he is the only one with sight, doesn't really have powers and is a certifiable genius, while Alex will be the "hero" and do the more physical work, while "Elec" tells her what to do, and where to go step by step via the blue tooth, as well as a tracker that shows Caleb on a computer screen what is around Alex. (which is why he's the "remote controller", because he tell Alex what powers to use and what to avoid.) While Alex Ghost suits up for her first mission, her brother decides that she looks too "boring" so after their first mission (in which they find nothing and nothing really happens), he decides to dye her hair blue when she's sleeping (she's a very heavy sleeper). The two get into a petty/sibling (XD) fight over it, and Caleb finally "gives in" and tells her he'll bleach it back to normal. He does so, but unknown to Alex, he leaves the tips blue. (And that is how it all began)

(Currently she is trying to figure out how to keep herself safe from the sun (spf 70 helps XD), and how to combat the GIW, who wish to start "Operation Alexandria" up again.)

*Powers/abilities: Alex Ghost as she came to be known as, has the ability to fly, turn intangible, shoot small blue ectoplasmic blasts from her fingertips, and briefly turn invisible. Alex, is a telepath and can sense/ mentally "feel" the objects around her, but often has difficulty distinguishing what they are, or if they're a person. She can move objects mentally, but with great difficulty. (She is a telepath) Alex's greatest ability is to absorb light energy and release it in a large wave upon her foes. Her only problem is that she is very sensitive to light, and using this ability could result in her having 3rd degree burns or dying. Due to her pointed ears she also has highly sensitive hearing. She has had some training in self-defence. She is also an excellent seamstress and makes her own costumes.

Weaknesses/other disablities: She is highly sensitive to sunlight. This obviously does not affect her when she is invisble or intangible. So she generally sticks to just going out at night or staying in the shadows. Also wearing a high spf sunblock helps as well.
Ironically, she slightly glows in the dark if she has been in the sunlight(with some form of protection) for too long. This make her easy to spot.

*Costume: She wears a dark grey long sleeved leotard (slightly shiny), with the left half (split diagonally down the centre) being white, that reaches to the top of her neck. There is a thin light blue ring around the neck. She wears long sleeved gloves that reach her elbows. The one on the right is white, and the one on the left is dark grey, and the right is white. On both gloves the tips are a light blue.
She has a slightly see-through scarf/bandana (also with blue tips) that she wears as a skirt. She wears silver/light smokey grey tights, and has white over-the-knee high boots with blue edges.
In the centre of her costume she has a slightly strange looking "G" with exagerated sharp edges. It is split down the middle like her leotard, only with opposite shades on either side of the "line". The symbol is shinier than the costume itself, and in some lights gives off a bluish hue.
When in costume she doesn't wear makeup to hide her odd skin hue, and wears blue lipstick on her upperlip.
Occasionally she will wear a similar long sleeved, short dress (sometimes grey and white, sometimes black and white), with a light blue collar, and a white skirt or scarf
instead of a see through one, with blue lining on the bottom. Her gloves are sometimes white and black, instead of grey and black. In some cases she does not even have blue tips.

*Ordinary clothes: She tends to wear baggy sweaters, long pants, sneakers and a hat or bandana, to protect herself from the sun and to hide her identity better. She also wears sunglasses for the same reasons. She wears make up to blend in better. She uses hair clips to hide her ears, and often wears her hair in a pony tail. She walks around with a cane, but mostly uses her telepathy to help her. The cane is mostly just for show (though it does help when she's trying to avoid stubbing her toes, or is too busy in thought to pay attention).

*Extra: The reason why Alex's middle name is Alexis
is because all of the children that resulted from the experiment were named after the operation (Operation Alexandria) in some way. For example: A friend of Alex's and another experiment who calls himself David has the middle name is Alexander, and Caleb's middle name is Elex, another form of Alex.
