I think it comes from my inner world ... Now I'm writing a novella (ranobe) .... all my ideas - the plot, the characters and their personalities - in my head. No one specific algorithm to create the character. I just know that I want to, for example, make a black-haired girl with red eyes - I get a certain image and I'm trying to draw she)
Any story has many characters, all of them different. The interaction of the characters, probably the most difficult implementation as opposed to just a single character.
