Just as the title suggests. LockMan.EXE uses his safes as portals to reach his enemy.I really like this picture, but the "flame" looks silly, I don't even know why it's there
I think it was supposed to look like he's used a dark chip, thus getting a shadowy thing around him (like in the anime) but it ended up as a flame thingy
