Description
The logo of Umbrella Corporation, the fictional bioengineering pharmaceutical company from the Resident Evil-series. I don't know why I love it so much, I just do! Probably the irony that the symbol is supposed to give a protective impression which the company clearly failed with.This piece is dedicated to one of my teachers, Jonas, that were suddenly fired from my university. He was easily one of my favourite teachers and it saddens me so that he must leave his job. He was the only teacher that had 2D-courses, now who will fill his spot? Yeah, I'm sure they will find a new teacher but I KNOW it just won't be the same..
He has taught me so much in terms of 2D-drawing and can't thank him enough, he really loves the RE-series so I thought this motif would be a fitting gift.
I hope Jonas will find a job he loves as much as the one at Högskolan i Skövde (basically university of Skövde)!

The Umbrella symbol has become very strong,it would be even better if it stood for a real pharmaceutical company.I love the shading on this,and the blood spatter gives it a very 'no mercy' feel to it! Umbrella deserves to be epic.

Yes indeed. Actually, here in sweden, one of the banks used to have a blue umbrella symbol but with ten pieces instead of eight. Thank you very much! Yes, they sure have caused much carnage.

Funny thing is, a couple of years ago that bank was involved in some kind of scandal, which is pretty hilarious if you compare it to Umbrella Corp. XD
