Alex and Neptune Lily Rank (relationship) 9 or higher.
EXE Gauge at 3.
Neptune must be in NEXT form.
Alex must have Ai's power activated.
Unlock Requirements:
-Alex LV 72, Neptune LV 70
-Reached Chapter 8 "NEXT Dawn" (by going to the 'true' or 'regret' ending route)
-View "The Promise", "Side by side" and "Alex's secret" events (Through Lily rank with Neptune)
