I just imagine - what if famous "Mission: Impossible" franchise starring Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt (missionimpossible.fandom.com/w… ) could've an anime adaptation? It would be mostly oriented on spy, action and detective themes, with a lot of stunts, fights and chases. Quite similar to James Bond's movies, but with some differences and more or less grounded 'verse. Probably a "Madhouse, Inc." animation studio could've done a good job about that anime.

P.S. - if you didn't know, "Mission: Impossible" franchise with Tom Cruise also has 2 video games (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mission:… & en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mission:… ) and even a tie-in one-shot comic book prequel to 1996 movie, published by Marvel Comics (comicvine.gamespot.com/mission… ) and 4 novels as well (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mission:… ).
