There are so many Generation 8 Fake Leaks going on right now... We haven't even got a Official Announcement of Generation 8 on the Switch yet!Also what you're looking at are fake versions of the Gen 8 Starters which were Leaked during February.
Their designs were decent, despite not being real.

It is a CoroCoro thing to do, prematurely "leaking" Pokemon and then being confirmed fake. One early example was a Drowzee pre evolution for Gen V. I also remember seeing fake starters for Sun and Moon on some CocoCoro picture back over two years ago.
