In Italy with the adaptation language of the animated seires from Merak they changed the name with Pegasus , we italians don't know the reason of this.
If you asking "why is there writed I Cavalieri dello Zodiaco with Saint Seiya ?" , don't worry even Saint Seiya was changed as well in I Cavalieri dello Zodiaco in Italy , so it's the same anime but different names XD
