I haven't drawn the design, but so far I thought of her having a deep blue tail (the part around her waist and the end of the tail are a slightly lighter blue).
The bra would be a deep blue, as well, with a black crescent at the center. She would be wearing a silver necklace with a glowing, sapphire blue oval-shaped pendant.
Silver armbands, one on the upper left arm, and the other on the lower right arm. She'd keep the black earring on her right ear, and she'd wear a silver, circular one on both ears.

Also.... I have no idea about the Disney Secret in this.... ummm ... is it one of those really horrible sick minded things they stick in there for the kids subliminally, or is it something about like a Disney Princess?
