Description
This is another one of my school assignments, we had to design and color a layout based off a setting from a novel. The novel that this drawing is based off of is The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, one of my favorite books. It's a drawing of what I imagined the interior of the Heart of Gold looked like. It's not the most refined drawing, it's mostly meant to just give a sense of the colour and volume of the setting.As always constructive criticism/ critiques are welcomed and appreciated. Do not be afraid of offending me.

Wow , so much depth in such a small space. Great shapes and inviting curves.I can totally imagine droids, aliens, engineers and Zaphod Beeblebrox existing on this craft. Nice warm colors against the cold vastness of space. Good stuff.

Thanks, I'm glad you like it. I have a hard time getting interiors to feel anything but closed in, so I'm glad you feel there's a sense of depth.

Thanks, I'm glad you noticed that. I figured that since the book this was based on was written a few decades ago, the sci fi retro theme would fit nicely.
