I couldn't find Part I in your gallery so I had to skip to two. Maybe im blind. Pretty good animation you have there! I can see you share the same love for Flash as I do. I should really make a movie like that, instead of using Flash to make more interactive pieces. I love the lone toadstool that gets a shot at bowsers head with the block

YOU ARE AMAZING.
I was just saying to my girlfriend (we watched all three together - how come part 3 isn't here?), you could so easily have used sprites from the later games, Mario World or something, where they're more articulated to begin with. But no, you used the originals, and that somehow adds to it 'cause a) everyone feels strongly for those old sprites and b) seeing them do much at all is pretty exciiting, so seeing them actually doing really cool stuff is amazing.
I'm commenting on this one 'cause it was my favourite. When the camera rolls across to the army, me and started bouncing about in our seats. How on earth you managed to animate all those sprites I'll never know (until I learn Flash I guess 
I tell you what it is, you managed to do the same thing Return of the King did, where, even though we've seen huge armies fighting loads of times before, this time it really looked painful and dangerous. I was really feeling the heat of the battle there, those mushrooms were getting slaughtered! I'm really glad you chose to animate Koopa that little bit more than everyone else, it somehow makes him more threatening.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to the next part. In fact, do a movie. Do a feature-length movie and sell DVDs on the underground market. You'll be rich within days and can hire a mansion and a harem. Wouldn't that be cool? You don't hate harems... do you?? Then do the right thing and make a movie. You know it makes sense.
