As population densities increase, the ability of the police force to protect that population must increase accordingly. There are two ways for this to happen; recruit more officers, or increase the force with which justice is administered. In the mega-cities of Paris, Boston and London, the police force is decked out in riot gear and suppression weapons when dealing with even the most low-end of crimes. The new Riot Arm, or Civilian Suppression units, are composed of police officers of all calibers and are kept at the ready to respond with brutal, indiscriminate violence to anything, regardless of circumstance.
