I've heard that Osamu Tezuka and Disney, both start the anime and cartoon almost at the same time, so you can`t be sure that Tezuka was inspired by Disney or Disney by Tezuka.
Also the astro boy movie wasn't made by Tezuka just the Manga and Anime
Both clouds looks very similar but it wasn`t because Tezuka was inspired by Disney.
oh well that's what I think
(sorry for my bad english)

Hhhhhh...you are absolutly right..
They are the same...
Sometimes when we like an anime or an artist you may mimic his/her works by chance...
By the way it's not wronge if we mimic in simple stuff...and of caurse saying that this idea belongs to that person...
Keep the cool works

it's Osamu , not "Asuma" and Tezuka has been dead since the 80's , so if this looks similar it's not his fault.
Also Disney have made total rip-offs of his work , like "The Lion King" it's a TOTAL rip-off of "Kimba The White Lion"

about the name, i fix it...but when i made a research about him, it was said that he was inspired by Disney movie snow white & the seven dwarfs' colors & style,to make his work (Princess Knight (ăȘăăłăźéšćŁ« Ribon no Kishi "Knight of the Ribbon")

he sure have inspired in Disney , if you've read any of his mangas he clearly says he's a Disney fan. But if you realize it's and inspiration , not a rip-off the styles are different and so are the stories.

XD I think pliable material can only puff in so many ways when you spiral around it. It's like saying "Carpet banks on sharp turns, and Toothless ALSO banks on sharp turns!"
