Description
On a long car trip (to Disney World, actually), I drew a few faces of Basil of Baker Street, the anthropomorphic Sherlock Holmes from Disney's 1986 classic animated film, "The Great Mouse Detective".
I drew these quite a while ago, but I am very happy with them! I'd love your comments and critiques.

I grew up with this movie on VHS tape! why did you have to turn into dvd players! I remember how the player used to be SO loud as the tape played as it buzzed and hummed great childhood memories. Now I have this movie playing at all times when I do anything around the house. whether I'm watching it or not! Basil was always my child hood hero. when he saves Olivia in the clock tower and how he catches her at to toy window lattice!

"The Great Mouse Detective" is just a fantastic movie - one of the worst cases of an underrated Disney movie that there are. I feel as if the recent production of BBC's "Sherlock" has somehow helped it gain more attention somehow... the attention that it deserves.

I know, right - it's so underrated. It's before the "Disney Renaissance", which would explain why no one knows about it.
