You might remember this guy as "Greedy Conquistador." For the derby this week - which is 'Seven Deadly Sins' - I made him a pirate and worked on making it look better, adding details and stuff.

Wow . . . this picture is beautifully meloncholy. It is quite a bleak way of expressing the futile human need to hold onto riches until the bitter end, and only in the last moments do we realize just how frugal it all was. Quite an impressive compostion.
