The same thing happened to me when I took a picture of a caricaturist on the streets of Florence while on holiday. It also happens whenever you take a picture of them in most of the Veneto region. My mother thinks that all street artists are secretly on the lam and don't want their pictures exposed to the world.

I just think it's a funny coincidence that happens to pretty much anyone.

Had to make a new collection (photography) just for this shot.. I'm not much of a fan of posed or staged photograhs, but this instant capture of a moment is for me, what photography is all about!

I'm fascinated by the contradictions.

Is it just me or does his right eye show a smile? Was he smiling when you took this? Maybe that's just how his eyes do...similar in the painting but he has more crinkled up skin on the side of his eye. Maybe he's grimacing though and I'm just being optimistic. Maybe it's just the less wrinkles flattery of the painting.

J'aimerais vraiment laisser une critique complète mais je ne suis pas assez doué pour commenter une photo.
J'aime beaucoup ce style de noir et blanc, cet artiste de rue qui masque son visage qui est pourtant peint à côté de lui, c'est juste... Beau
