Yeah, some of the drawings are dramatically better.

I agree. I really wish they used this style throughout the whole series. Some of the other styles are so ugly, the characters don't look at all great. :/ There was on time that the animation in one episode was so terrible...it was like...yikes. ._.

some episodes was so bad i was thinking that the animator/artist/whatever had got a stroke xD

No really. I think it was the episode of Mai VS Joey in Waking the Dragons...the second part of the duel. You might wanna watch it. cause when I watched it, the anatomy in it was terrible

yus i shall, the episode when Yugi returned in the Orichalcos saga, in the end there..the anatomy was horrible and just when yugi turned around, his eyes(well everyones too for that matter) had no life in them, they were just plain purple without any shading, light no nothing xD

Kk, I cringed when I saw how bad all looked...
and yikes. :/ I could tell the animation just got worse as time went on. It's like the animators were in a rush or something. -_-;

I'm not a very big fan of it either, but i grew to somehow like it, and i tried to think away the motorcycles in 5D's xD
