So seemed to really appreciate Clyde's taste in coffee mugs which inspired me to draw this picture of him being a grumpy old man. Unlike his sisters Clyde refuses to adjust to a daytime schedule instead he wakes up around the time Vatti gets home and goes to bed and goes to sleep around the time she leaves for school. Getting the lighting right was interesting. Their house is always pretty dimly lit since their eyes are sensitive and they use black out curtains on all the windows. It makes all the sort of typical domestic scenes a bit unusual since most shows would spend more time in more brightly lit settings. (Also the kitchen's the only room that doesn't use magic candles since it has a dimmer switch.)
