selphie makes a better statue here than in game (and i thought most of the cast made nice statues). i like how her skirt has rode up. it's far too short anyway. her own fault.

She usually is a statue whenever I play. I normally get all the girls petrified ASAP, and leave them that way as much as I can (unless I want to try for different poses or something). Unfortunately, the story sequences always ignore that fact.
Once Squall gets Lionheart he can usually win boss fights with ease, even if the rest of the party is just serving as decoration. Actually, I'm starting to think it may be time for another play-through...

But i like Selphie's attacks. It's nice to watch her in action, but that's my opinion, i guess.

Well, yeah I guess that is nice. I remember the first time I played through the game I gave her Ifrit's strength level-up bonus. By the end of the game she could usually hit for 9999 damage, which I found quite amusing. As well as whenever I'd luck out and kill a boss with "The End". Still, Squall can easily solo most bosses with the Meltdown+Renzokuken combo.
I think I may just play through normally this time though. Drawing's pretty tedious, but at least getting 300 Break spells from Cockatrices is fun. For me anyway.

Yes, mini games are a lot of fun, but I hate when you have to complete some nearly impossible task to get a character's best weapon or something. FFX's lightning challenge didn't give me too much trouble, but those birds from the chocobo race still give me nightmares sometimes.
