Ok, I think the story goes like this:

A: "Just a second, Darling..where's the key...ahh..here..ok..better lock the door. You forgot your handbag, by the way."

G: "Mmhhmm...could you carry it for me, honey?"

A: "Ehm...sure, no problem...but...??"

G: "I found the jewellery in your drawer, you know?...The piece, I like so much...aaand now...it's better you take my handbag."

-A. looking at her derrière, while she wiggles her hands demonstrativly.-

A: "Ohh...owowo...you've...but...are you sure?...I mean, at the restaurant and..."

G: "Hmm...care to help me with my meal there?"

A: "O..O...of course. Will be my pleasure...but...wait, I..I'll have to get the key!"

G: "Forget about the key, sweety...let's go, we're getting late."

So much about the narrative.

On the technical side of things, you'll likely find reflections in the glass, where they should be.
Problem is, this is an HDRI. There is no glass to reflect anything. Well, until me nerd decided to waste some time and try to recreate the glass surfaces left, right and behind the characters in a way that reflections appear where they should.
Was a bit of try and error, but it worked out ok in the end and I like the result.
