Big fan of the aliens vs. Dinosaurs,... I have a character that I am working on named Sevan that is into a little bit of the same kinda trouble.

Thanks, man! I'm really glad to hear that! Was a ton of fun to combine those " ingredients" and to have the freedom to run with it.

Is this a mash up of both original Topps series? This looks fantastic!

Thank you!! Yes, it is, in a way. It's a " set within the set" with this Dinosaurs Attacks storyline.
very B-movie and lots of fun!

I love it! Mars needs to wait awhile to attack. It'll be safer for them. Triceratops rules!

Had a girlfriend like that once. She'd run over you and stab you through the heart. I miss her.
Nice job, Alex.

Hah, the concept is so awesome that I almost forgot to pay attention to details, which are just marvellous
Can't help thinking Dinotopia (the book, of course) while looking at that triceratops head.

Thanks! James Gurney is the best at potraying " realistic" Dinosaurs! I mostly painted these by memory, so I'm aware mine are not as scientifically accurate, but that wasn't my goal anyway.Β

'Not accurate' doesn't quite fit in your paintings, much less detail would make the same point
but it's damn awesome you clearly don't take the easy road.
Great to hear you paint these by memory, often it seems that using references makes
the picture kinda liveless but there's no such problems in your art

That's really good to hear, thanks man! That's always been my goal, I always gave priority to have some "life" in my paintings, rather than indulge in details. The more you polish a painting the more it looses energy and life. At least in most cases...thanks again!
