This has so much truth in this.

I get into plenty of fights/arguments with people very close to me. I can be a bit (very) frustrating to be with on some occasions.Β  I also get frustrated easily with other people too.

After an argument, I wonder/worry about how the other person feels, thinking about whether if he/she wants to be around me anymore. I get scared of asking or talking about to him/her because I don't want to make things worse or find out that he/she hates me.

The truth is, nobody can really know what the other person is thinking unless we ask/talk.

Logically, many people already understand that, but we still carry that fear of rejection.
