Scalehouses are most frequent ghosts of the fallen union. Scalehouse in this picture has been unmaintained for so long that young threes grow on its roof. Many buildings like this mark the countryside everywhere in my country and in the other postsoviet countryes in this region. Current owners dont care to fix them just for the sake of the neighborhood. Oh yes, this building too is still in use. And it will be used until it breaks down so much that fixing it without buying parts is not possible. Then its left to rott.
