Kylo Ren then moved out of the way so Rey could kill him. The NOPE is strong with the blond.Β

Rey's gone into protective sister mode! TAKE COVER!!
In my Labyrinth Headcanon, Jareth didn't know Sarah was technically a minor.
That or he's from a time where fifteen was considered an acceptable marrying age so he got stuck in that mindset.

Considering the folklore and the fact he is from fey-folk, it's probably not farfetched that Sarah being in her teens makes her "old enough" in his view.
We could blame cultural differences here, but I'm too busy laughing and hoping to see Rey running after him with her light saber.

I totally agree with the fey culture playing a huge role. They don't seem to understand death or human age very well. When Sarah's mother passed with Jareth (how or why we don't know, correct?) he just wanted the next closest thing to her. That's where his fascination with Sarah comes from. Also, he only looks like that because thats how Sarah wants him to look, yes?

It may depend on what interpretation/tale you're reading (like being weak against iron or being unable to pass through barriers made of lavender), but in general, they do understand those concepts quite well. They just don't give a damn (those are creatures that screw with humans because they think it is fun, c'mon). Let's be honest, the fey are more often than not, arrogant jerks.
As for Sarah's mother... What??? I mean, I remember that her mother had ran off to be an actress with a lover, but it had nothing to do with Jareth. As for him looking like that, not really. There is nothing that indicates that. In the first draft, yes, at the end he would reveal himself to be a goblin like the others, but the idea was tossed aside. He really looks like that.

Completely understandable. Labyrinth has been favorite movie since I was literally 1 year old, and I didnt hear about the comic until a couple of years ago.
