I live in PA so we didn't get a total eclipse but it did get a little tinted outside and we did see the crescent. I was able to actually look at it when it was behind translucent clouds and while wearing 2 pairs of sunglasses. Otherwise, it was still too bright.

I managed to nab a few good photos like this one but this one turned out to be one of the best so I figured I'd upload it. Kinda funny how that's the sun but it looks like it's the moon shining at night since we see that so much. This is the first time I saw an actual solar eclipse in my area even though it wasn't total. I hear the next solar eclipse is going to go in the other diagonal direction across the US and one good place to see it will be in Buffalo NY so I'm gonna see if I can take a trip there!
