This pic was drawn way back in 2020. I obviously wasn't going to upload it then due to spoilers, but I kept forgetting to upload it after Tirek vs Scorpan. Better late than never I guess.

These are all of Tirek's forms seen in the show as he progresses with magic (not including the one where he absorbs all of the alicorn magic cuz it's too big and frankly kinda ridiculous) and that fifth one at the end is the look I have chosen to give him in his current reformed state. Here's how it happened:

In "Flurry Heart's Story: Tirek vs Scorpan", Tirek grows to his forth form and fights Scorpan until Scorpan manages to absorb all of Tirek's magic, putting the latter at his first weakest form. Scorpan then uses his god-like powers to grow impossibly huge and take Tirek back in time to show flashbacks of all the stages of his life. He watches himself grow more arrogant and eventually betray his father's trust to attack Equestria. The final flashback shows something Tirek never saw: after his imprisonment in Tartarus, Scorpan returns home to find King Vorak and Queen Haydon weeping bitterly. Vorak blames himself for what happened to Tirek because he was too hard on him. Scorpan reluctantly takes his brother's place as the king of their homeland, the Midnight Kingdom: a reign that would be met with much turmoil for the first hundred years until the Midnight Kingdom is finally replenished. Tirek then finally breaks down and apologizes to Scorpan. Scorpan then gives Tirek the Pendant of Restoration (the medallion that Discord gives Twilight in the S4 finale), which will give any user the power to mend any damage they have done. Tirek uses the Pendant to fix all of the landscape and buildings that were destroyed during their battle. Scorpan then releases all the magic he has and shrinks to his normal size while all other stolen magic is returned where it belongs. Now here's where Tirek's "true" form comes in: back when he was first defeated by Celestia and Luna, his magic was taken away and transferred into the "Absorption Stone" and kept there ever since. Since that magic was residing in Scorpan during their battle, it is returned to Tirek, causing him to look like how he does in the furthest right image. He now has his base magic he had before he was first defeated by the Elements and stands about as tall as his second form but looks like his forth form. It's as if he never had his magic taken at all. His power level is far less than his forth form, but I would wager it now sits somewhere on Twilight's power level. Scorpan then takes Tirek to apologize and reunite with his parents who have been preserved in stone all these years. He now wears the Pendant and travels Equestria to fix anything he has destroyed with its powers. The first thing he does to redeem himself outside of his homeland is go back to Ponyville to plant a seed from the Midnight Kingdom and grow a new tree in place of the Golden Oaks Library. The new tree is now undergoing some touchups to be a clubhouse for Flurry Heart and her friends. Tirek's only appearance in FHS so far has been during Cozy Glow's redemption arc in "Oh, Mother, Where Art Thou?", but he will have other appearances later on.
