And now for another Autobots in Equestria ref sheet: Arcee!Again, she's mostly inspired by Prime Arcee but has the "bangs" like her movie design (which sadly never made it to the final cut but exists in toy form). Personality wise, she's still basically the same as Prime Arcee. Arcee was badass in TF Prime and I figured I'd keep that.
I also debated using my original concept for her pony tail to transform into the sniper rifle but I decided against it in the end. The gun looks better by itself and don't ask me how it hides away.

I like the Prime Arcee a lot more than the G1 version, because in Prime she acted more like she was her own person instead of swooning over Hot Rod or Springer.

Ooh~. We finally get a new one, and it's Dashiebot -imean Arcee- imean Dashiebot.I like how you did the Autobot sigil on this one. That's pretty creative. Though, as a suggestion, I hope we get different versions of the Ponyformer layout. So far, we have two crab-walkers (Arms as rear legs legs as forelegs). It'd be nice to get a variation or two of that implied transformation.

The only one I've shown that has that is Prime. Arcee's lower legs are the rear legs of the pony and Bees arms are hidden in his dragon head while both the dragon arms and legs end up on his robot legs. Even then, the others will have different transformations.

Wait, what? .......OOOOOHHHHH. I was focusing on different things when I first looked at it, so I didn't notice. The "Cutie Mark" is actually on a kama-like things on her hips, thus implying those are the hindlegs of the pony form. Okay, I see it now.

Yep. Kids love the simpler goofier stories. No real character or story development. Hell, they even brought a character from Rescue Bots over.
So yeah. More to sell toys than stories this time.

Eh, I suppose so. It is interesting that they brought a Rescue Bots character in though cuz they put Prime and Bee in Rescue Bots at one point. What I do like (at least from the clips I've seen online) is that they really kept in line with TF Prime with the return of certain characters like Soundwave and Starscream and even showed some flashbacks from events in TFP.

yeah, it doesnt' look nearly as good as TFP was. The choppy animation is a bit jarring and some of the designs are too funky to compare to the greatness that was Prime.
