Description
The dragon is a mythical creature of which some interpretation or depiction appears in almost every culture worldwide. The physical description and supposed abilities of the creature vary immensely according to the different cultures in which it appears. However, the unifying feature of almost all interpretations is it being a serpentine or otherwise reptilian monster (or at least possessing a serpentine/reptilian part or trait), and often possessing magical or spiritual qualities and most likely bringing doom in apocalyptic movies.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

that SUCKS. poor city. the dragon is like the size of GOD. holy god, how could anyone fight against that? lol. its snout is weird, otherwise, i love the overall picture. the details are amazing; the color of the fire and the ashy buildings are realistic, too. what a colossal work/success

I've never seen you draw dragons before; I"m very impressed. The lighting on the scales is fantastic and the anatomy is also good, save for the snout, though that is probably due to a difference is style preference.
The only thing that really bugs me is the top of the Crysler building... assuming that is what it is that is on fire in the background. The arcs at the top are made of stainless steel, though asthetically pleasing, it is also very durable (the Gateway Arch being an ideal example) It would have soot and such on it, but the parts unaffected by the flames would still have their sheen to them. It looks like some of the panels are too dull.
